Vijaya Lakshmi Industries

Vijaya Lakshmi Industries is located at Door No-2-113 in Shriniwas Nagar. It is a busy part of Aganampodi, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. Our building isn't very new, and the paint is peeling a bit near the bottom of the walls. When you walk inside, you'll see a lot of equipment taking up most of the floor space. There isn't much room for walking around, so you have to be careful where you step. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for years. They know the machines better than anyone. We usually have the radio playing in the background, but you can barely hear it over the humming of the motors. The office is just a tiny room in the corner with a wooden table and a couple of plastic chairs. We keep all the files in old metal cabinets that squeak when you open them. Outside, the street is always narrow and cramped with scooters and delivery vans. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog comes and sits by our entrance because it’s a bit cooler under the awning. We don't do anything fancy here; we just focus on the tasks we have for the day. If a machine breaks down, we spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves. It's just a normal workplace where people put in their hours and then go home to their families in the evening.
