Lead Engineers

Our office is over in Flat No. 502 at A S Vihar. We are in the Gozu Waka area, which is a bit of a mix of residential and work spaces. Lead Engineers is what we call ourselves, mostly because we handle technical stuff all day. It’s not a huge factory or a massive corporate building. We work out of this flat, which is actually quite practical for us. It keeps things quiet so we can focus. There’s usually a lot of drawings spread out on the desks and someone is always on the phone. We’ve been here for a bit now and the neighbors know us. The lift in the building is a bit slow sometimes, so we end up waiting around in the lobby or taking the stairs if we’re in a hurry. We don't have a big reception desk or fancy coffee machines. We just make our own tea and get back to the projects. Some days are really busy and we stay late to finish up things. Other days are a bit slower. It’s just how engineering work goes. We don't try to look like more than we are. We are just a small team trying to get the jobs done right from this space in A S Vihar. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but once we’re inside, it’s mostly just us and our tools and papers. We keep our schedules on a big wall calendar and try not to let things pile up too much. It is just the daily routine of getting through the task list.
