We are located in Eswar Plaza, which is right in the Dwarakanagar area of Andhra Pradesh. It’s a busy spot in the city. Our office is pretty standard. We’ve got the counters where people come to change their money or talk about their visas. It’s not like the movies; it’s mostly just us handling paperwork and checking exchange rates on the computer. The office can get a bit crowded on Monday mornings when everyone wants to get their travel stuff sorted. We have a few chairs for people to wait in, but they’re usually full. We’ve got some posters of far-off places on the walls, but mostly we’re just looking at the clock and the forms on our desks. It’s a lot of detail work. If you miss one number on a form, it’s a whole thing. So we try to be careful. The staff here is just regular people from the city. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about the news. We aren't the big corporate headquarters; we're just the branch in Dwarakanagar. People come to us because we’re here in the plaza and easy to find. We just do the job, count the cash, and help people get their papers in order so they can go on their trips without too much trouble. It’s a simple process most of the time.
