Synthtrix Pharma

Working at Synthtrix Pharma means spending our days out at Flat No. 25 in the Jawaharlal Nehru Pharma City in Parawada. It is quite a long way from the main city, so most of us have a long commute every morning. The industrial area is massive and it can be a bit overwhelming with all the large plants and trucks moving around. Our space is functional and designed for the pharma work we do. It is mostly white walls and sterile surfaces, which is what you’d expect. We don't have any luxury lounges or fancy furniture. There are lab benches, storage cabinets for samples, and a couple of desks for the admin stuff. The air out here always has a specific industrial smell to it. We have to be careful with everything we handle, so it’s a bit of a serious environment during the shift. Lunch is usually spent in the common canteen nearby since there aren't many other places to go. It’s a tight group of people here because you have to rely on each other when you're working with chemicals and production batches. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to handle social media. We just focus on our production schedules and making sure everything is recorded correctly in the logs. It’s a bit isolated being out in Parawada, but we’ve got a good routine going and the work stays steady throughout the year.
