Our facility is located at Plot No. 13B in the Ramky Pharma City area of Parawada. It is a massive industrial zone and we are just one of the many plants operating out here. At Siri Drugs India, we spend most of our time in lab coats and safety gear. The environment is very controlled because we have to be careful with the chemical processes we handle every day. It is not the kind of place where you can just wander around. We have a lot of stainless steel equipment and monitors that track different levels and temperatures. The work is very repetitive and we have to follow the same steps every single time to make sure nothing goes wrong. It can be quite hot in Parawada during the summer months, so the cooling systems in our building are very important to us. We have a small break room where we eat our lunch and talk about local news or cricket. There is a lot of paperwork involved in what we do because every batch has to be recorded properly. We do not do much in the way of talking to the public; we just focus on the production side of things. It is a serious job that requires a lot of patience and attention. We show up, do the shifts, and make sure the facility stays clean and organized. It is just the way we have always run things here.
