You can find us over at Srihaipuram, right near the Malakpuram Post area. Our mailing address is Post Box No. 1116, which we check pretty much every day for documents and notices. Being Swt and Urjaexports, we handle a lot of different things, but it all happens from this one spot. The area around here is pretty functional, not really meant for tourists or anything. We spend our time coordinating shipments and making sure the export side of the business stays on track. It is not always easy with all the different rules and timing issues, but we manage. The staff here is small and we’ve all worked together for a long time, so we don't need to explain much to each other anymore. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we sort through the daily tasks. It gets a bit hectic when a big order is going out, but otherwise, it’s a fairly steady rhythm. Malakpuram has a specific feel to it, very much tied to the logistics and moving things around. We don't have a flashy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. If you come by, you’ll just see us working at our computers or talking on the phone with various suppliers. It is a down-to-earth operation, and we prefer to keep things simple and direct. That’s just the way we have always done things here.
