Suryasmarttech is located at 36-46-78 on the first floor in Reddy Kancharapalem. If you are looking for us, we are right behind the bus stop, which makes it easy for people to find but also means it gets pretty noisy with the buses pulling in and out all day. The stairs up to the first floor are a little narrow, so you have to watch your step when you come up. Inside, the space is mostly filled with tools and parts because there is always something that needs fixing or setting up. We don't really have a big reception area or anything like that, just a counter where we talk to folks about their tech problems. Being in Visakhapatnam, the humidity sometimes makes the office feel a bit stuffy, so we keep the fans going as much as we can. Most of the people who drop by are from around the Kancharapalem area or students who are passing through the bus stop. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Sometimes we run out of tea or the internet acts up, but that’s just part of running a shop in this neighborhood. We just do the work and try to stay organized among all the cables and boxes lying around.
