Surya Industries

We are over in Nemalipuri, within the Satramapdu Mandal. Surya Industries is a small operation where we focus on manufacturing. Our building is a basic industrial unit that fits in with the other shops in the area. We don't have a big team of executives; it is mostly just us and a few workers from the nearby villages. Each day involves checking the machines and making sure the raw materials are coming in as they should. The road to Nemalipuri can be a bit bumpy, but we are used to it by now. We produce what we can and try to keep our costs down so we can stay in business. It’s not always easy, especially when prices for parts go up, but we find a way to make it work. We have been here for a few years and have slowly gotten into a good rhythm. We don't have any glossy brochures or sales pitches. If someone needs what we make, they usually hear about us from a neighbor or another business owner in the Mandal. We take pride in just showing up and doing the job right. It is a quiet existence away from the big cities, and that suits us just fine. We spend our lunch breaks under the shade outside and then get back to the noise of the shop. It’s just a standard local industry, nothing more and nothing less.
