Srinivasa Hair Cuttin Saloon

Srinivasa Hair Cuttin Saloon is right at the Simhachalam Junction in Visakhapatnam. We are located directly opposite the State Bank. Because of the junction, there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. The shop is quite old now. My father started it, and I took over after he couldn't work anymore. We have the old-style heavy chairs that you don't see much these days. They are still good though, very sturdy. We do basic hair cutting and shaving. A lot of pilgrims who visit the Simhachalam temple come here, especially when they need to shave their heads for rituals. It gets very busy during the festival seasons. I keep a lot of razors and blades ready for those days. The shop isn't very big, but it’s right in the middle of everything. We don't have air conditioning, just the breeze from the open door and a couple of fans. I try to keep the place organized, but it’s hard when so many people come through. I know the staff at the State Bank across the street because they come over for a trim during their lunch breaks. It’s a good spot to be. We don't do anything fancy, just the work we’ve always done. If you find yourself at Simhachalam Junction, you can’t miss us. We are right there where all the buses stop. Just a regular barber shop for regular people.
