Our salon is over in Gajuwaka, specifically in Santhagiri Colony. If you know where the Hanuman Temple is, we are right across from it at Door No: 65-4-440. It is a handy spot for folks living around here in Visakhapatnam. We do hair cuts and shaves mostly. It is a small shop but it stays fairly active throughout the week. We have seen a lot of faces come through that door over the years. Some people come in for a quick trim while others want something a bit different. We just pick up the scissors and do the job. There is no big corporate vibe here at all. It is just us doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the fans are loud and we talk about the cricket scores or the weather while we work. The area gets a bit busy during temple festivals, but we like the energy of the street. We keep the floor swept and the razors sharp. It is not a complicated business. You come in, sit in the chair, and leave looking a bit tidier than when you walked in. We have got our regulars who have been coming since we first opened. It feels good to be a part of the local street life here. We do not spend much time on decorations; we just focus on the hair. That is how it has been and how it stays for us.
