Sri Sai Durga Hair Saloon

Our hair saloon is located on the Nh5 Road in the Nathayyapalem area of Visakhapatnam. We are very close to the bus stop, which makes it easy for people to find us when they get off the bus. The road is always busy with trucks and cars going by, so there is usually a lot of dust in the air. We keep the doors open mostly to let the breeze in, though it doesn't help much with the noise. It is a simple place for a haircut or a shave. We have a couple of chairs and some mirrors that we've had for a long time. The shop is just a basic brick building. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. People who work in the local factories or live in the nearby colonies are our main regulars. We see them every few weeks. We start our day early before the sun gets too hot. It is a straightforward business. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. You just walk in and wait your turn. Sometimes there's a line, especially on Sundays. We try to get through everyone without rushing too much. The heat in Nathayyapalem can be tough, so we have a couple of old fans that hum all day. It’s a small life but it keeps us busy and we like the people who stop by for a chat.
