Sri Nookalamma Parlour

My family has been around Bheemunipatnam for a long time. People know us at Sri Nookalamma Parlour on the Main Road. It’s a simple spot at Door No 14-9-29 where we do hair and basic beauty stuff. We opened up because there weren't many places nearby where you could just sit down and get a quick trim without a fuss. The shop is small but it stays busy, especially on weekends when everyone is out and about. We see the same faces every month. It’s nice knowing the neighbors and their kids. Sometimes people just stop by to say hello while they’re doing their shopping. We keep things pretty straightforward here. You won't find anything fancy or expensive equipment that nobody knows how to use. Just scissors, combs, and the usual things you’d expect in a local shop. I try to keep the place clean, but with hair flying around all day, it's a constant job. Visakhapatnam heat can be a bit much, so we keep the fans going. If you’re walking down the Main Road near the 531163 area, you’ll see our sign. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us working through the day. We take turns with the customers. It’s been a few years now and we're just happy to be part of the street. Nothing more to it than that. We just show up, open the shutters, and start the day.
