Suresh.P runs things here in Vizag at 9-6-87. It’s just a regular office where we deal with life insurance papers all day. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, and most people around the neighborhood know where to find us if they need to ask about a policy or something. It’s not a big fancy corporate building, just a desk and some chairs where we sit down and talk. Sometimes the weather in Vizag gets really humid, so we keep the fan going. We handle the claims and the new applications, trying to make sure the names are spelled right and the dates match up. It’s a lot of reading fine print and filling out forms by hand or on the old computer. People come in mostly during the mornings before it gets too hot outside. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do the work Suresh started. You’ll see us here from Monday to Saturday, usually drinking some tea while looking over the folders. Insurance can be confusing for a lot of folks, so we just try to explain what the papers mean without using too many big words. It's just us three working in the office right now. We make sure the files are organized, though sometimes the stacks get a little high on the desk. That’s just how it goes when you’re busy with the local families here.
