Sarath & Company

Our business, Sarath & Company, is located at 16-4-72. We are in the Venkat Nagar area, near Dwarka Nagar. It’s a busy little corner of the world. We’ve been here for a long time. We started out just doing small bits of trading, and it grew into what it is today. It’s still not a huge company, just a local one. We have a few rooms filled with boxes and some desks that have seen better days. We don't really go for the corporate look. We prefer to just keep things practical. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking on deliveries. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to do right by the people who buy from us. Venkat Nagar is a good place to be, everyone knows everyone. Sometimes we have tea with the shopkeepers next door. It’s that kind of place. We don't do much in the way of promotion. If people need us, they know where the door is. We try to keep our prices where they should be. It’s a lot of paperwork and manual labor, but we are used to it by now. We just keep our heads down and keep moving. That's how Sarath & Company works every day. We have a small storage room in the back that's always overflowing. It’s hard to keep it tidy when new stuff is coming in every day. The neighbors are good people and help out if a truck gets stuck. We aren't looking to grow into a massive firm. We just want to do our job well and go home to our families. It's a quiet life in its own way.
