Sales Executive In Airtel.

This is basically where the sales side of the Airtel work happens here in Visakhapatnam. We are set up in the Pent House over at Sampath Enclave. It’s right in the middle of Dwarakanagar, which most people know is a pretty crowded and busy area of the city. We spend the majority of our day talking to people about their mobile plans or helping them with internet connections. It is a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and dealing with paperwork. Being up in the penthouse gives us a bit of a view of the skyline, but mostly we are just focused on the computer screens and our daily targets. It isn’t a big, polished corporate floor, just a practical space where the sales team gets their work done every day. We handle the local area around Vizag-16. Sometimes the elevator in Sampath Enclave is a bit slow or acts up, but that’s just part of working in an older building. We try to keep things straightforward for the customers. People just want their SIM cards and broadband to work, so we talk them through the options. It isn't anything flashy or special. It’s just a group of us working on the sales numbers and making sure things are moving. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now. You’ll usually find us busy on the phones or talking to the local distributors about their stock.
