Sai Priya Kirana & General Store is located at 58-18-78/5 on Buchi Raj Palem Road. If you are in the Butchi Raju Palem area of Visakhapatnam, you’ve probably walked past us. We are just a local shop serving the people who live on this side of town. The road can get pretty dusty with all the bikes and cars going by, so we are always wiping down the counters. We carry a bit of everything, from soap and shampoo to rice and salt. It’s the kind of place where you can pick up the small things you realized you ran out of at the last minute. The shop is a bit small, so things are stacked pretty high. We have to use a stool to reach the top shelves sometimes. Most of the people who shop here are our neighbors. We know their kids and we know what they usually buy. It makes the day go faster when you can talk to people while you work. We don't have a big staff, just us family members taking turns behind the counter. The 530027 area is our home, and the store is just part of our life here. We don't have a website or any fancy technology. We just write things down in a book and keep track of everything that way. It’s how we’ve always done it, and it works just fine for us and the customers. We stay open even when it rains, just to make sure people can get their milk.
