Sai Durga Saloon

Sai Durga Saloon is located right in the Palliveedhi area of Gajuwaka. If you know where Sithanagaram is, we are just near that part of town. Visakhapatnam can get pretty humid, so we try to keep the shop cool for whoever walks in. It’s a local place. Nothing too big or complicated. We spend our days here at 530026, mostly just working through the queue of people. Some mornings are quiet, giving us time to drink tea and watch the traffic go by outside. Then someone comes in needing a trim before a family event. We have a few chairs and the usual mirrors. It’s not like those big malls. We know most of the people who live around here. They’ve been coming to this spot in Gajuwaka for years. Sometimes the conversation is about local news or just how things are going at home. We keep the razors ready and the towels stacked. It’s just work for us, day in and day out. We don’t do any of that fancy stuff you see on TV. It’s just a plain saloon for regular people. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit, but the shop stays the same. It's a steady life here on Palliveedhi. We just focus on what’s in front of us and try to get through the day. There is always someone walking by, and we just keep our heads down and get the job finished. It works for everyone.
