Our transport office is located at 36-4-70 in the Sri Nagar area of Gajuwaka. This is a very industrial part of the city, so it’s the right place for a trucking business. We have a small fleet of vehicles that we use to move all kinds of goods for the local factories and companies. I took over the running of this place after spending years on the road myself. It’s a lot of work keeping the trucks in good condition because the roads can be very rough on the engines and tires. Most of my day is spent on the phone talking to drivers or trying to find the next load that needs moving. Gajuwaka is always full of heavy traffic and dust, which makes the work even more tiring. We don't have a big corporate office or anyone in suits. It’s just a simple room with some chairs and a desk where we keep our logs. We don't really do any promotion. The companies around here know our trucks and they know we’ve been in Sri Nagar for a long time. It’s a tough way to make a living with how much fuel costs these days, but we just keep at it. We focus on getting the trucks from one point to the other without too much trouble. It’s just straightforward hauling and logistics for the people who need it in this part of the state.
