Our shop is right near the bus stop in Dwaraka Nagar, so it’s usually pretty hectic outside with people coming and going. Sitammapeta is a busy part of town and being here makes it easy for folks to drop in. We handle rentals, mostly things people need for their homes or small projects. It started because we saw how much trouble people had finding equipment without buying it outright. The place is packed with different items we’ve picked up over the years. Some of it is older, but it all works. We spend a lot of our time checking the gear when it comes back and making sure it's ready for the next person. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually tidy up the shelves. We aren't big on fancy office stuff, we just have a desk and a notebook to keep track of who has what. It gets a bit crowded in here when a few customers show up at once near the bus stop. We try to keep things moving. If you’re walking past the stop, you’ll probably see our sign. It's a simple business, really. We just provide what people need for a day or two and then they bring it back. It keeps us on our feet and we like being part of the neighborhood here. We don't have a website or anything like that, just this physical shop where we meet people face to face.
