Our shop is number six in the Mahatma Gandhi Complex. If you know the Sriharipuram area in Visakhapatnam, you probably know where the Coromondel area is. It is a busy little corner of the city. We have been cutting hair here for people in the neighborhood for quite some time. The complex itself has a lot of different shops, so there is always someone walking by or stopping in to say hello. It is not a very big place, but we make it work with what we have. Visakhapatnam can get really humid, so we try to keep the fans going all day long. Most of our regulars live right around here or work nearby. They come in for their usual styles and we chat about whatever is happening in the city or the local news. We do not do anything too flashy, just honest work with the scissors and combs. Sometimes it gets crowded on the weekends and people have to wait on the bench outside. We do not mind the rush, it keeps the day moving fast. Finding us is pretty straightforward since we are right in the middle of the complex. Just look for Shop No 6. We keep the mirrors clean and the floor swept as much as we can between customers. It is just a regular local spot for anyone needing a haircut without any of the fancy nonsense you find in bigger malls.
