Raj Vihari Holidays is tucked away on Rehman Street in the Srinagar area of Visakhapatnam. Our door number is 48-8-3/1. If you know where Budhil Park is, we are just a short walk from there. It’s a relatively quiet street compared to the main roads, which we actually prefer for working. We started this travel business because we enjoy the logistics of planning trips. We aren't a big agency with shiny glass windows. Our office is just a regular room where we spend most of our day on the phone or the computer. We handle various types of holiday bookings and travel arrangements. It’s mostly just us working here, trying to keep track of everything. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when three people call at once and the printer jams, but we get through it eventually. We don’t use scripts or corporate talk. We just tell people what’s available and what the real prices are. We’ve lived in Vizag for a long time, so we know the city and the people well. Being near the park is nice because we can take a walk when things get too stressful in the office. We focus on being practical. If a trip doesn't make sense for a family, we say so. We aren't here to push anything on anyone. It’s just an honest way to earn a living by helping people see new places. We like the simple way we run things.
