We are located at 9-15-8/5 in the Royal Mansion building. It’s right in CBM Compound, which is a pretty well-known spot in Visakhapatnam. The Skoda showroom is quite close, so that’s usually how people find their way to us if they haven’t been here before. The building itself is an older one, but it has its own character. We spend our days here handling different travel plans and bookings on the computers. It’s an office environment, but it’s not very formal. We mostly wear casual clothes and talk to people who call in or walk through the door. CBM Compound is generally a bit more organized than other parts of the city, which is nice. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the vehicles on the main road nearby. We have a few desks and a lot of files piled up. Most of the work is just staying on the phone and checking things online. It’s steady work. We don’t have any fancy signs, just the office in the mansion. People from around the 530003 area know the location well enough. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We don't really worry about making the place look like a corporate lounge. As long as the phones are working and the internet is on, we are good to go. It’s just us doing our thing every day. Sometimes we grab coffee from a nearby stall when things get slow.
