Prasada Rao Emandi

Visakhapatnam is a beautiful place to live, especially around MVP Colony. My workspace is at Hig-2, Door No: 1-5-10/26, inside the Lavakusa Apartments. We are in Sector-1, which is a pretty well-known part of the colony. I am Prasada Rao Emandi, and I have been operating out of this apartment for quite some time. Living and working in the same general area has its perks. You get to know the security guards, the delivery guys, and all the other residents in the building. It creates a sense of belonging that you don't get in a cold office park. The apartment isn't huge, but it is enough for what I need to do. There is a small balcony where I sometimes stand to watch the traffic or just get some fresh air. The salt air from the coast sometimes reaches us here, which is nice. We don't have any big signs hanging outside the building. People usually just find us by the door number or by asking around the sector. It is a very quiet way to do business. I don't believe in making a big fuss about things. If there is work to be done, I just sit down and do it. There are no corporate meetings or long presentations here. It is just me and a few others keeping things moving. We take things as they come, one day at a time, in this little corner of Vizag.
