Padmavathi Beauty Parlor

Our parlour is located on PM Palem Road in the Pothimallayapalem area of Visakhapatnam. We are directly opposite Bathine School, so you can often hear the kids playing or the bell ringing during the day. It is a quiet enough spot for most of the morning, but it picks up in the late afternoon. Many women from the neighborhood stop by after they finish their chores or when they are out running errands. The shop is small and simple. We have the usual chairs and a section for threading and facials. We use whatever products are available and try to keep things tidy. It is not a luxury spa by any means. It is just a local place where women can come to get their hair done or take care of their skin. The walls are a plain color and we have some old magazines for people to look at while they wait. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to open the door to get some light and air. We know most of the families who live on this road. It is nice to see the same people coming back year after year. We are just a small business trying to do a decent job for our neighbors in Vizag. There is nothing complicated about it. We just open up, do our work, and talk about the local happenings while we are at it. It is just a routine we have been following for years.
