Organization Development Consultants

We are over at HIG735 in the Midhilapuri Vuda layout in Visakhapatnam. The office is actually part of a residence, c/o B L Narasayya. It is a quiet residential area, which is nice because you don’t have the constant noise of the main roads. Organization Development Consultants is the name on the door, though it’s not a big neon sign or anything. Vizag is a coastal city, so we get that salty breeze sometimes, which is a nice change from the heat. The layout has some nice trees and it feels very local. We have a few rooms set up with basic office furniture. It’s not a corporate park. Most of the people working here live nearby and we just walk or ride over in the morning. We spend our time talking to clients and looking at papers. We don't have a big cafeteria, so we usually just bring lunch from home or go to a small mess nearby. It’s a relaxed atmosphere but we still get our work done. Being in area code 41, we are a bit away from the very center of the city, but that suits us fine. We have been working from this spot for a while now and the neighbors know us. There isn't any fancy marketing here. We just provide our consulting services to whoever needs them and keep our operations small and manageable. It’s just a group of us trying to make things work in our own way.
