This branch of Agilent Technologys India Pvt Ltd is located in Vizianagaram, specifically at Babametta Vuda Colony. We are based out of a house, Hno 27-20-3/1, which belongs to Kvkbhanu Kiran, the son of Mr. K Rajarao. It’s a very specific local setup in the Mig 229 area. Working here is quite different from being in a big city like Delhi or Mumbai. It’s a lot more personal. The office is basically part of the residence, so it has a very homey feel to it. We handle the technical side of things for this region, and because it’s a smaller operation, we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be filing papers, and the next you’re looking at a piece of scientific equipment. We know the neighbors, and people around the colony know who we are. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us, sitting in the rooms, getting through the daily tasks. The weather here can get quite hot, so we usually start early to get the most done before the afternoon heat kicks in. We focus on keeping the records straight and making sure the local clients are taken care of. It’s a simple, honest way of working that suits the pace of life here in Andhra Pradesh.
