Operations

This is the office of Suresh Kumar, who is the son of D. Viswanadham. We are based out of Devi Colony in the Cantonment Post area of Vizianagaram. Being in Andhra Pradesh, we are used to the local pace of things here. Our business is simply called Operations because that’s the most honest way to describe what we do. We manage the small details and the big tasks that help local projects get finished. The office is really just a part of the colony where everyone knows everyone else. It’s a quiet place, away from the main city noise, which helps us focus. We don't have a big team of executives, it’s mostly just us and a few helpers when things get busy. We have lived and worked in Vizianagaram District for a long time, so we understand how things get done in this part of the state. We don't use fancy software for everything; a lot of it is just good old-fashioned planning and keeping track of things in our ledgers. When someone from the colony or the nearby area needs help with a project, they know they can just walk over and talk to us. We aren't interested in becoming a massive company with offices everywhere. We just want to do good work right here in Devi Colony. It’s a practical life and it suits us just fine. We keep it real and we stay busy.
