Novartis is based at A 5 Chaitanya Apartments in Rajendranagar, which is part of Visakhapatnam, 530016. It’s right here in Andhra Pradesh. We’ve been using this apartment as our base of operations for a good while. Rajendranagar is a decent neighborhood, and being in Chaitanya Apartments makes things feel very grounded. It’s not like those high-rise glass buildings you see downtown. We have a few rooms set up with what we need to get our work done. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time. We aren’t really into the fancy corporate lifestyle. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Sometimes we have tea on the balcony when things get a bit stressful. Visakhapatnam is a beautiful city, and we like being located in this specific area. The address, A 5, is easy for the mailman to find at least. We have some files, a few computers, and a lot of paperwork usually scattered around. It’s a functional space. We don’t have a lot of visitors, so it stays pretty quiet, which helps us focus. People in the building know us as the Novartis folks. We’ve been here long enough that we know the shortcut to the main road and where the best snacks are. It’s just how we run things, keeping it simple and local in Rajendranagar. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our daily part here for the company.
