Nmr Corporation

Our office is located in Flat No. 103 at Royal Residence. It’s right across from the International Cricket Stadium in Pothinamallayya Palem. Being in a residential building makes things feel a bit different than a normal office block. It’s quieter on most days, unless there is a match going on at the stadium. When there’s a game, the whole area gets packed and you can hear the crowd cheering from our balcony. We chose this spot because it’s easy for people to find once they see the stadium lights. Inside the flat, we’ve set up desks where the living room used to be. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when everyone is in, but it works for what we do at NMR Corporation. We spend most of our time on the phones or looking at files. The neighbors in Royal Residence are mostly used to us being here by now. We try to keep the noise down so we don't bother the families living on the other floors. Parking can be a bit of a headache if you don’t get here early enough, but that’s just city life. We usually have a kettle going for tea in the small kitchen area. It’s a simple setup without any big signs or flashing lights. We just come in, do the work, and head home like everyone else in the building. It might not look like a big company headquarters, but it suits us just fine.
