Dwaraka Nagar is always busy. We've been here in the Anurathna Complex for a bit now. You can find us right on the 4th Lane. It is pretty easy to spot because we are right opposite that Boy London shop. People come in mostly for train tickets or when they want to go on a trip with their family. It’s a small office, nothing too fancy, just some desks and chairs where we sit and figure out the right way for you to get where you're going. Sometimes the phones ring a lot and it gets a bit noisy, but that is just how it is in this part of Visakhapatnam. We try to keep track of all the different timings and prices which can be a real headache sometimes with things changing so fast. If you are walking down the lane, you can just stop by. It’s better than trying to do everything on a phone screen by yourself. We have been doing this long enough to know the routes. It doesn't matter if it's a short trip nearby or something longer, we just sit down and get it sorted. There is no big corporate talk here, just us helping out neighbors and anyone else who walks through the door. Usually, someone is here from morning until late evening because there's always someone needing help with a booking at the last minute.
