Mahindra & Mahindra Tractor Div.

We operate the Mahindra & Mahindra Tractor Div. out of Flat 301 in Shyamala Towers. That is over in Balaji Nagar, right by the Siripuram Jn. It is an office setup, so you will not see any actual tractors parked in the hallway or out in the lobby. We mostly handle the paperwork, sales coordinates, and the technical side of the tractor business from this location. Shyamala Towers is a busy place with a lot of other offices and people coming and going. Being on the third floor, we get a bit of a view of the junction, which is always packed with traffic and noise. It is a lot of phone calls and spreadsheets for us every day. We have been at this location for a good bit of time. It is a practical spot for us to manage things without being right in the middle of a noisy factory environment. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, which is a bit of a nuisance when we are in a hurry. The team here is relatively small but we know the tractor business pretty well. We do not use much corporate jargon; we just talk about engines, parts, and various delivery dates. It is just a regular office day for us most of the time. We keep our files in order and make sure the dealers have what they need to keep things moving. It is a decent place to work out of.
