You can find us over in Madhuwada. This place is usually full of life because of all the students running around between classes. It is an engineering college so there is always someone talking about exams or projects. The atmosphere is a bit loud sometimes but that’s what happens when you have so many young people in one spot. We spend our days making sure the labs are ready and the schedules are set. It isn't a quiet office job by any means. We deal with everything from broken chairs to complicated curriculum changes. Madhuwada is a nice area for a college. It feels a bit away from the main city madness but it’s still busy enough. We don't really go for those high-level academic speeches. We are more interested in whether the students are actually learning something useful they can use later. The staff here is mostly local and we've been working together for a long time. Some of the buildings are older and some are newer but they all serve the same purpose. We see a lot of faces come and go every year. Graduation is always a big deal for us. It’s just a place where people come to learn and we do our best to keep the wheels turning so they can get their degrees and move on to their next step. Madhuwada has grown quite a bit recently and there are more tea stalls and small shops opening up around the college gates.
