M K A Associates is located on the 4th floor of The Land Mark Complex. It’s on the road with the Sampath Vinayaka Temple, which is a very easy way to explain where we are to anyone in Visakhapatnam. We are right beside the Airtel office too. Being on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, though we're usually too busy to look out the window. The office is a busy place. We have a lot of files and books everywhere. It’s not the most organized-looking spot, but we know where everything is. We are a small group of people who have worked together for a long time. We don't use fancy titles or have big meetings. We just talk across the desks when something needs to be discussed. The temple road is always crowded, especially during festivals, so getting to the office can be a bit of a walk sometimes. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We don't have any shiny brochures or a polished image. We’re just a local firm doing our bit in a very busy part of the city. We drink a lot of coffee and keep our heads down. It’s practical work for practical people. If you come by, you'll see a normal office with normal people working hard. That’s really all there is to us. Nothing more, nothing less than that.
