Looks Ac Salon

If you are in Ram Nagar, Visakhapatnam, you might have seen Looks Ac Salon. We are right on the Main Road, situated across from the Raghavendra Swamy Temple and near the Seven Hills Hospital Junction. That junction is one of the busiest spots in the city, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside. We put Ac in the name because the Vizag heat can be really tough, and we wanted a place where people could cool down for a bit while they got their hair done. The shop has a clean, simple look inside. We have the usual black chairs and large mirrors. It’s a bit of a relief to step inside from the humid air outside. We get all sorts of people, from those coming from the hospital to those who just finished praying at the temple. The floors are easy to sweep because of the hair, and we try to keep the magazines on the table relatively new. It’s a practical place. We don't have any big speeches about what we do, we just cut hair and keep the place cool. The view out the window is just the busy road and the temple entrance. Sometimes the smell of incense from the temple wafts in when the door opens. It’s a nice spot to be, right in the middle of everything in Ram Nagar. We’ve been at this junction for a while now, and the neighbors have become like family to us over the years. It is a simple life.
