Lila Santtoshy Beauty Parlour is right near the More Market, which is a big help for people to find us. Usually, when someone is out getting their groceries at the market, they might pop in to see if we have time for them. It’s a busy neighborhood. Nggos Colony has a lot of families living nearby. Our shop is simple and doesn’t have many frills. I think it’s better that way. We just have the basic equipment and a few chairs. I spend a lot of my time cleaning the floor and making sure the towels are fresh. It’s a hands-on kind of job. Being near Akkayyapalem means there is always noise from the market and the shoppers, but it keeps the day interesting. We don’t have a fancy website or anything like that.
