You can find Life Style Beauty Parlour & Saloon over in the Sri Nilaya Complex. We are on the 5th Lane of Dwaraka Nagar in Visakhapatnam. This is a busy part of town with a lot of offices and shops around us. We handle both men and women here, so it’s a bit of a mix. The 530016 area keeps us on our toes. In the mornings, it’s mostly men coming in for a quick shave or a haircut before they go to work. Later in the afternoon, more women come by for their beauty appointments. The shop has enough space for a few people to wait, though it gets tight on Saturdays. We have some older mirrors and chairs that have been with us since we started. The floors are tile and we spend a lot of time sweeping up hair. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like the people who come in. We get students from the coaching centers nearby and also older folks who have lived in Vizag their whole lives. We don't use any high-tech machines, just the standard tools that get the job done. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use the back-up or just wait it out, which is part of being in this complex. We just keep going and try to make sure everyone leaves looking better than when they walked in. That is how we work.
