Kirloskar Brothers Ltd

Out in the town of Amadalavalasa, you can find our office on College Road at H. No:-9-1-1/3. This is where B. Dileep Kumar manages the local operations for Kirloskar Brothers Ltd. The office is right there near the college, so there is always a lot of noise and activity from the students passing by during the day. It is a busy stretch of road in the Srikakulam district. Our setup is pretty basic, just a couple of rooms where we keep our files and take care of the daily business that comes our way. We do not have a big sign or anything fancy to attract attention from the street. Most people who come here already know exactly what they are looking for. The building is an older one, owned by B. Nageswara Rao, and it has that comfortable, lived-in feel to it. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through stacks of documents that seem to never end. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we usually take a small break for some tea when the sun is at its peak. There is no corporate dress code here; we just wear whatever is comfortable for the local weather. It is an honest way to spend the day, working in a town that we know very well. We don't try to sound like some big international firm. We are just a local point for the company.
