Itcwelcom Hotel Grand Bay

This particular office is located in the Sreeram Apartments, unit A-3, on Gokhale Road. We are in the Maharanipeta area of Vizag. It’s a residential building, so it doesn’t feel like a typical hotel office at all. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff for the Grand Bay here. Gokhale Road is a decent area, and being in Maharanipeta means we are fairly close to the coast, though you can’t really see the ocean from our windows. The apartment we use is simple. We have some filing cabinets, a few desks, and the usual office equipment. It’s often quiet in the building, which helps us get through the paperwork. Sometimes the mail gets delivered to the wrong flat, so we have to go looking for it. The staff here is small and we all know each other pretty well. We don't use a lot of fancy titles or have big meetings. We just get the work done that needs doing for the day. It’s a very local feel. If you’re looking for the big hotel, that’s somewhere else; this is just the administrative side of things tucked away in a quiet block. We’ve been here for a good while and the location is convenient for most of us to get to. It’s just a normal, everyday office where we keep things running as best as we can without any fuss.
