Iravathi Kirana & General

Iravathi Kirana & General is our little shop located in Srinivasa Nagar, Visakhapatnam. We have been serving this area for quite a while now. It’s a basic kirana store where we stock things like lentils, rice, spices, and household cleaners. We also have some snacks and chocolates for the kids who come by after school. The shop isn't very big, so we have things stacked up pretty high on the shelves. Sometimes you have to wait a minute while I find exactly what you are looking for in the back. I try to keep a good variety of brands, but usually, I just stick to the ones that the locals prefer. The neighborhood is mostly families, so we sell a lot of cooking essentials. We open up early because people need their milk and curd before they start their day. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a small fan behind the counter. The street is usually fairly quiet, which is nice. We don't have a big staff, it’s just me and sometimes my son helping out. We know our customers well and we try to keep the items they ask for in stock. It’s a very straightforward business. No big promises or flashy signs, just a place to buy your groceries and get on with your day. We’ve been here through the rains and the heat, just doing our daily work for the neighborhood.
