Down in Visakhapatnam, you can find Inductis Pvt Ltd at Door Mig B 191 in the Vuda Layout of Sagarnagar. It’s a bit of a different vibe being in Andhra Pradesh, closer to the coast. The office is located in a residential layout, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have our desks set up in the rooms, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time. We don't have any big neon signs or a polished lobby. It’s just a gate and a door with a small nameplate. The Sagarnagar area is quite nice, though it can get a bit humid. Inside the office, we’re just focused on getting the work done. There are always piles of documents and maybe a few stray pens rolling around on the floor. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. Inductis Pvt Ltd is just where we spend our eight or nine hours a day. Sometimes we take a break and walk around the layout just to get some air. It’s a simple setup for a simple purpose. We don’t have a lot of meetings about vision or anything like that. We just look at what needs to be finished today and we do it.
