We are located in Baripada, Orissa, with the postal code 757001. Our office is a simple place where we manage insurance and financial documents for the local community. It’s not a big city office with glass walls and modern furniture; it’s more of a local workspace in a quiet town. We have a few desks and some chairs for people who come in to talk about their policies or ask questions. Most of our day is spent going through forms and checking numbers carefully. It’s a lot of sitting and focused work for the team. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the business well. Baripada is a nice place to work because it’s not too rushed or loud. We often have people from the surrounding villages coming in with their papers. We try to explain things in a way that makes sense without using too much technical language. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait for it to come back so we can use the computers again. We drink tea from the small shop nearby and chat about the local news during our breaks. Our desks are usually piled high with folders that need to be filed away in the cabinets. It’s an honest, everyday job for us. We don’t have any promotional slogans or big posters. We just focus on getting the paperwork right for the people who come here.
