Hr Recruiter

At Lig 66 in Autonagar, Visakhapatnam, we have our small office for Hr Recruiter. Autonagar is a very industrial part of the city, so we deal with a lot of people looking for technical roles or factory labor. The air usually smells like the sea and heavy machinery, and the 530012 area is always humming with the sound of trucks and workers moving about. Our office is a very simple place, just some metal desks and a couple of blue plastic chairs for visitors who stop by. We don’t have a fancy reception area or a coffee machine or anything like that. We spend our days going through stacks of certificates and talking to people about their past jobs and what they are looking for next. Vizag is a growing city, and there’s always someone needing more staff for their warehouse or shop. We try to keep up with the demand, though it can be hard when you’re just a small team of people. We don’t use any complicated software to find candidates, just our phones and a basic list we keep on the computer. It’s about as straightforward as a business gets. We don't talk about "excellence" or use any of those big words; we just try to make sure the right person ends up in the right role so nobody’s time is wasted. Sometimes we stay late when a big project comes in, and other times we close up early if things are quiet.
