We’ve been here in this part of the city for a good number of years. Despite the name, we aren't some big movie-style place; it’s just a regular neighborhood salon where people come for their usual haircuts and grooming. Sbi Colony is a nice area, and we get a lot of regulars who live in the apartments nearby. The shop has a few chairs and some mirrors that we keep as clean as we can. It’s mostly just a one or two-man operation depending on the day. We don't have any fancy booking systems or anything like that; people usually just walk in and wait their turn. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when it’s slow to catch a bit of air. We’ve seen the buildings around us go up over time while we just kept doing our thing in our small corner. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for the busy mornings and evenings. We handle all kinds of hair, nothing too complicated. We just focus on giving a decent cut and making sure people leave looking better than when they walked in. It is an honest living in a nice part of Vizag, and we hope to stay here for many more years.
