Harsha Teja Medical & General

Harsha Teja Medical & General is situated at 58-3-41 in Sundarayya Colony. We are quite close to the Old Gajuwaka Junction in Visakhapatnam. It’s a bit of a unique setup because we handle both medical supplies and general items. People come in for their tablets or syrups, but then they see we have biscuits or soap too, so they grab those as well. Being near the junction means there is always a lot of movement outside. The noise from the traffic is constant, but you get used to it after a while. The shop is kept very clean because of the medicines. We have to be careful with how things are stored and organized. It’s not like a regular kirana store where things can be a bit messy. Everything has its own place on the shelves. We see a lot of people who are in a hurry because they are either going to work or heading home to someone who isn't feeling well. We try to be quick with the service so they don't have to wait around in the 530026 heat. The colony is a good place to be, and we have many regulars who trust us with their needs. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one customer at a time. The days are long, but it feels good to be part of the community here in Gajuwaka. We keep a stock of all the basic medicines and everyday items so folks don't have to travel far.
