Golden The Saloon

You can find us on Highschool Road in Gajuwaka. We are quite close to Varunbajaj, which is a big landmark around here. Visakhapatnam is a big city, but Gajuwaka feels like its own little town sometimes. The shop is called Golden The Saloon. It’s a name we’ve had for a long time. The road gets quite busy during the day. There are lots of shops around here. We open up every morning and start setting things up. It’s a basic place for a haircut or a shave. We don’t have any fancy decorations. Just the essentials. Most people who live around Highschool Road know where we are. We see workers, students, and old men every day. The fan runs all day long to keep the air moving. It’s a simple life. We watch the cars go by through the front window. Sometimes we have a little chat with the people waiting. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s ours. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. New buildings coming up, old ones getting painted. But we stay right here near Varunbajaj. It’s a steady routine. We use standard tools and keep them as clean as possible. Nothing too special to say about it. It’s just a saloon in Visakhapatnam where people come to get a trim. We keep it honest and straightforward. Some days are faster than others, but we just take it as it comes.
