Friends Salons

Friends Salons is located at 26-5-146 near the Visakhapatnam Airport. We are specifically situated at Avn College Down, right opposite the 33 Godowns. Being near the airport means there is always a lot of movement around here. The shop itself is pretty basic and we like it that way. We have the usual chairs and some mirrors that have seen better days. It's a place where friends from the neighborhood gather to catch up. Some people just come in to sit for a minute and chat while they wait for their turn. We open up the shop early because the college students are already out and about by eight. The area around the godowns can get a bit dusty and busy with heavy trucks, so we are constantly cleaning the front area. Inside, we just have the essential tools like scissors and clippers. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that's not what people come here for. They just want to get their hair done and get on with their day. We've been in this part of Visakhapatnam for quite a while now. You can hear the sounds of the planes and the city all day. The fans keep things cool enough when the sun is hitting the building in the afternoon. It is a simple life running a shop like this. We know the regular faces and we see new ones too. It is just a honest little business doing what it does.
