F&B Assitant In The Park Hotel

Our place is located at No.20 Ruthrappa Naicker Street in Tirukkoilur, right in the Villupuram district. F&B Assitant In The Park Hotel is basically a small operation where we handle the food and drink requirements for the hotel. It's not a huge fancy office, just a room where we keep our files and take calls. The street outside is usually full of people and small shops, so it’s never really quiet around here. Most of the staff live nearby, so we walk or take a scooter to get to work in the mornings. We spend a lot of time dealing with vendors and making sure the kitchen has what it needs. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, and we have to stay late to sort it out. It’s a lot of coordinating between different departments, which can be a bit of a headache when things are busy during the holidays. We don’t really have a big corporate structure here, it’s more like a group of people who’ve worked together for a long time. We know the regular delivery guys by name, and they know where to park their trucks without blocking the whole road. It’s just how things go in this part of Tamil Nadu. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can get a little messy. It's honest work, and we just try to get through the daily checklist without too much trouble for anyone else.
