DUCIBUS ADVISORY SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out of Yandada, in the MK Gold Coast complex. It’s a bit different from a traditional office block since we are in Flat No 932, specifically in Lounge 3. Ducibus Advisory Services (OPC) Private Limited is run from here. It’s a nice enough spot, and being in a residential-style complex means it’s a lot quieter than being downtown. The air feels a bit fresher because we are closer to the coast. We don't have a big sign outside or a lobby full of magazines. It’s just a flat where the work gets done. Sometimes it feels more like a home than an office, which suits us fine. We have our computers set up and enough space to think. MK Gold Coast is a pretty big development, so finding the right tower and the right lounge can be a little tricky for visitors the first time around. We’ve got used to giving directions over the phone. There isn't any corporate polish here. We don’t wear suits every day, and the vibe is very relaxed. It’s just a practical way to run an advisory service without all the overhead of a big city center office. We like the pace of life in Yandada. It’s a bit removed from the chaos of the city market, which helps us stay focused on the tasks at hand without too many distractions.
