Our office for Deccan Career Links Pvt Ltd is located in the Bhavani Apartments over in Balaji Hills. Located at 3 49 53 9 5, our door is Flat Number 05. It is in the Bslay Out part of Visakhapatnam. Because it's in an apartment building, the space has a bit of a residential feel to it. We have been working here for some time now. Most of the day is spent talking to people who are looking for jobs or companies that need a few extra hands. It gets crowded with paperwork sometimes because there are always resumes and forms sitting on the desks. Keeping things organized is a challenge when it’s busy and things just pile up. Vizag is a nice place to work, and being in an apartment building means it stays a little quieter than the main road. We see a lot of different people coming through. Some are nervous about their first job and others just want a change. Listening to what they need and trying to match them up with something that fits is our main task. There are only a few of us here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to filing papers. Instead of a big corporate lobby, we just have a simple room with some chairs. It works for us and for the people who come to see us. It’s a basic setup but we manage.
