Our office is run by P Srinu Vas Rao at 55-3-64 in HB Colony. It's located in Old Venkojipalem, right here in Visakhapatnam. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time. It’s a very local operation. We don't have a big team or any fancy branding. We just do customer service work for the people who need it. The office is part of a regular building, so it feels more like a home than a workplace. We spend our time answering questions and helping out with whatever problems come up. Visakhapatnam is a nice place, especially this part of town. We are close to the main roads but tucked away enough to be quiet. Our desks are usually piled with papers because we still like to keep physical records of things. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. People mostly know us because they’ve been coming here for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job every day. The weather here can get quite hot, so we keep the fans on full blast while we work. It’s a simple life. We start in the morning and finish up by evening. If you need to find us, just look for the 55-3-64 door. We don't have a big neon sign. It’s just a plain office where we do our best to help out.
